本日ご紹介するのは乃木坂、赤坂近辺のカジュアルレストラン（NEW)です。
先月かな?!できたばっかの。お忍び的レストランの一つ★
入り口というかビルの地下なのでこんなところにレストランバーが・・・みたいな驚きはありましたが；）
入ってみるとガラスとミラーで囲われているようなお店♡ ラブリーです。
目の悪い人はちょっと錯覚を起こしかねない場所でもありますね。
一歩中に入ると 高級感漂う且つ落ち着きのある空気に魅了されます。ここは外との接触がまったくない時間を過ごす最適な場所かもしれません。
和食＆カジュアルフレンチのブースがあり、今回は左に案内される。

場所をダイニングに移動し、まずはアペタイザーから。

今回コースでしたが、あまりの多さにすべて写真を載せることはできません。気になったものを多少皆さんにも感じていただければ幸いです。

軽く燻した江戸前穴子とフォワグラのポワレ 甘酸っぱいソース古代米のリゾットを添えて
食事の真ん中に出てくる休憩という存在のシャーベット。とってもさっぱりしていてよかった。

本日行ったお店は“喜皿”というダイニング
店内のお皿にすごくこだわりを持ったお店です。食事はもちろんお皿も楽しませてくれます。 店主は洋皿は絶対に日本食には使わない！しかし日本の伝統的職人に作られた陶器等は洋にもマッチするすばらしさを持っているという。もちろんフレンチのお皿はすべて高級洋皿を使用していました。こだわりのあるお店。
